Hello Athletes and Parents.

This unique program opportunity comes from both prior Team Canada Beach Volleyball Head Coach, Lennard Krapp, and Team Canada Beach Volleyball Athlete, Alexandra Poletto. As the world leading skills coach and Olympic hopeful we have partnered together for this summer to create an exclusive high level beach volleyball program to help develop your daughter further as a beach volleyball player and get her ready for the demands of collegiate beach volleyball. As a professional coach and professional athlete who played in the NCAA we are committed to offering all the necessary resources needed to compete at this high level and doing so in a quality manner.

Dedicated female athletes from 13U - 16U who are serious about their growth in sport, committed to working hard, interested in breaking down all components of the game, and learning as much as they can are within the target group of this program. Boys and 17/18U girls & NCAA athletes are asked to directly connect with Lennard.

Program Details

To be able to maximize the amount of growth we want to achieve, this program will run

over 16 weeks split into two sessions and will end with a NCAA show case tournament

Our goal is to encompass every necessary part of being a high level athlete and deliver that information to you in a quality manner.

Practices will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays for two hours with an additional optional skills training held on Mondays where we will be breaking down and focusing in on each volleyball related skill.

This comprehensive high performance program will also offer optional one hour strength & conditioning units twice a week right after ball practice as well as complementary theory sessions on Fridays.

Practices times will depend on permits at Ashbridges, but will most likely be 6-8pm in May/June and 4-6 pm in July/August.

Theory – Elite Beach Volleyball

Being a high performance athlete is more than what you do on the court. Thus, we will be offering complementary theory sessions every other Friday to discuss topics including nutrition, mental performance and mindset, performance breakdown, NCAA recruitment consultations, how to create a high light reel, …

Physiotherapy

The program is affiliated with beach volleyball and high performance experienced physiotherapists. We will have an informative Zoom Meeting during week 1 of the program.

Age Categories
